This privacy policy applies to our website 99TEAMS
as well as to the mobile app “99TEAMS” (iOS and Android).
It informs you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and processing of personal data.

3. Data Collected in the App

When using the app, the following data in particular is processed:

  • Registration data (name, email address, password, role in team)
  • Usage data (creation and participation in events, team membership)
  • Device information (operating system, app version, language settings)
  • Push token for notifications
  • Payment and subscription data via RevenueCat / App Store / Google Play
4. Use of Firebase

The app uses Google Firebase services:
– Firebase Auth (login, registration)
– Cloud Firestore (storage of team and user data)
– Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications)
– Firebase Crashlytics (error analysis)

Provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Data may also be transferred to Google servers in the USA.
The EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply.

5. Use of RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions.
Provider is RevenueCat, Inc., 633 Taraval St. Ste 101, San Francisco, CA 94116, USA.
RevenueCat does not receive personal data such as name or email,
but only technical data about the purchase (e.g. transaction ID, product ID, status).

6. Access to Device Functions

Depending on the use of the app, the following permissions may be requested:

  • Calendar access (import/export of appointments)
  • Camera/photos (e.g. for profile pictures)
  • Notifications (push messages about appointments and team information)

These permissions are used exclusively for their intended purpose and can
be revoked at any time in the device settings.

7. Cookies and Tracking (Website)

Cookies may be used on the website to improve usage
and evaluate it statistically. No tracking cookies are set in the app.

8. Legal Basis

Processing is based on:

  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment)
  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligation)

9. Duration of Storage

Data is deleted as soon as the purpose no longer applies or legal retention obligations
have expired. User accounts can be deleted by the user at any time.
