1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website
99TEAMS as well as to the mobile app “99TEAMS”
(iOS and Android), operated by:

2. Subject of the Contract
The app “99TEAMS” supports sports clubs, coaches, players and parents in organizing
teams, appointments and communication. The range of functions may vary depending on the selected
subscription model.
3. Registration and User Account
Registration is required to use certain functions.
The user is obliged to provide truthful information during registration
and to keep their access data secret.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Certain functions are only available as part of a paid subscription.
Payment processing is handled via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store
or through our partner RevenueCat.
– Prices and terms are indicated in the app.
– Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time.
– Cancellations are made exclusively through the respective App Store / Google Play Store.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The purchase of subscriptions and in-app purchases via the “99TEAMS” app is made exclusively
through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The right of withdrawal is therefore processed directly by the respective platforms.
Please contact the appropriate store provider in case of a withdrawal or refund request.
6. User Obligations
Users are obliged in particular:
- not to post false or offensive content,
- not to violate third party rights (e.g. copyrights, personal rights),
- not to use the app abusively (e.g. spam, unauthorized advertising),
- to treat access data confidentially.
7. Availability of Services
We strive for uninterrupted availability of the app and website.
However, maintenance work or technical disruptions may occur, for which no
guarantee is given.
8. Liability
– We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
– In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from the violation
of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), but limited to
foreseeable damage.
– Liability for data loss or indirect damages is excluded
to the extent permitted by law.
9. Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy applies to the processing
of personal data.
10. Termination and Deletion of Account
Users can delete their account at any time within the app.
Statutory termination rights remain unaffected.
11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Users will be informed of changes in due time.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Place of jurisdiction – to the extent legally permissible – is Duisburg.
13. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid,
the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
